Farm to Table Cooking Class with Chef Jaskrit

September 27th 10am-1pm

Class begins with a tour of the farm, then help to prepare a harvest healthy lunch including pumpkin ravioli. finally savor your culinary creations surrounded by the beauty of olive trees and farm produce while enjoying the ocean breeze.

Farm to Table Dinner with Chef Aci

September 28th 4PM-6PM

Once a month on a Friday a farm-to-table dinner on the terrace promises to be an exquisite culinary experience.

Wooden tables adorned with fresh flowers and flickering candlelight, set against the backdrop of rolling hills and the distant sound of the ocean.

The menu is a celebration of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, reflecting the bounty of the farm and the surrounding region. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the flavors of the ingredients at their peak freshness.

Craft cocktails featuring farm harvest will be served, along with refreshing non-alcoholic options. Wine will served, guests are also encouraged to bring your own wine.
